Selecting the right setup depends on your weight, discipline (surf, wing, or kite), and experience. Beginners generally benefit from our larger, high-stability front wings, while advanced riders may prefer our high-aspect performance series for speed and glide.
What is the typical shipping timeframe for international orders?
We ship globally from our regional warehouses. Standard international shipping typically takes 5-10 business days. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order leaves our facility.
Are AXIS components compatible across different product generations?
Yes, one of the core strengths of the AXIS system is its modularity. Most of our masts, fuselages, and wings are interchangeable, though we recommend checking our compatibility chart for specific 'Black Series' vs. 'Red Series' hardware requirements.
What is your return policy for high-performance gear?
We offer a 30-day return policy for unused items in their original packaging. Due to the technical nature of foiling equipment, items that have been mounted or used in the water cannot be returned unless there is a confirmed manufacturing defect.
How should I maintain my foil to prevent corrosion?
We recommend rinsing all components with fresh water after every saltwater session. It is also essential to disassemble your foil and apply Tef-Gel to the bolts every few weeks to prevent galvanic corrosion between the aluminum and carbon parts.
Do you offer a warranty on carbon fiber components?
Yes, all AXIS Foils products are covered by a 12-month warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. This does not cover damage resulting from impact with reefs, sandbars, or misuse.
